Well my subscription for Star Trek online is up in 25 days. I am still enjoying the game so I think I will renew it for another few months. I kind of with they would put out monthly cards, it is not like you are saving anything by getting the 60 days cards. I kind of thought if you had a few months worth of time then just topped it up when I could afford it that would be good. Bottom line is I still want to play so I will get another 60 day card.

I have given this topic a bit of thought lately. Regarding Klingons particularly I would like to see fleets aligned with the major houses. This could be utilized with persistent pvp territories maybe have all of Klingon space be open pvp. This would also fit in with our Klingon story arc, Jm’pok’s dealings with the Romulans and the House of Duras, the obvious dissent in the ranks of the Gorn,Orion and Nausicaans. So if your fleet could be loyal to the honourable house of Mar’tok, or if you are an unhappy Gorn,Orion or Nausicaans or a p’taq you would want to be “loyal” to the house of Duras. I don’t really know how this would work I just think it would be cool.

J'Rodd was promoted to Captain late last week. I took a new ship a Vor'Cha. I am still weapons and systems configurations and I have not renamed it yet and I have not gone into PvP with it. I am not really sure if I am crazy about the look of the ship I can not quite put my finger on it yet. I should also head back to Q'ronos and get my kit sorted out.

Something that has bothered me a little about the K’T’inga model in STO is that it has what I am pretty sure is the shuttle bay as the impulse engines. I still love the ship and the model though.

STO GAME PLAY

I cranked the difficulty slider to 11 the other night. I got my butt handed to me though I think I like it. It makes those major component finds a little more useful. Although J'rodd did have to sell every thing he had to get a regenerator to heal a crit injury.

It looks like they fixed the PvP Q’s. I must say I am doing not too shabby. I am on the winning side more often then not. The last one I lot we were out numbered 2 to 1 and I thought we did pretty well, held our own as it were. I have actually come though a few matches with out a scratch.

I have left my fleet they did not seem all that active. I kind of did by accident but I am now on the look out for a new fleet.
